Quality Control
1) We do microbiological testing on samples of frozen squid raw materials and finished products (with test parameters; Salmonella, Escherichia coli, Coliform, TPC (Total Plate Count) and Vibrio Cholerae. 2) Testing method using cast jelly which refers to SNI (Standard National Indonesia) -2332. 3) The reading of the test results was carried out for 24 hours other than TPC bacteria and 48 hours for TPC bacteria after incubation.
